The claims of DEW POND are there for all to see and he is taken to maintain recent improvement and make it four wins from his last five starts. He's stuck up a good rapport with the talented Rachel Richardson and looks on a sufficiently attractive mark to take this latest rise in grade in his stride, although it must be stressed that this rates by far his toughest assignment to date. In contrast. the likes of course and distance winner, Gabrial's King, and course scorer Saved By The Bell, will be perfectly at home in this grade and face easier tasks than has been the case so far this term. Both should produce competitive performances, whilst both Corona Borealis and Argent Knight have yet to really convince after moving to new yards and the consistent Bulas Belle could prove a better option for the shortlist.
