Verdict

Point Of Woods and Muatadel were due to renew rivalry at Doncaster last night so their participation may be in doubt. Meshardal is ultra-consistent in races of this type and there is no reason why Ruth Carr’s veteran won’t be in the firing-line again. Short Work will likely pop up in one of these before long while Dirchill had a bit in hand when scoring at Ayr earlier this month. Paul Midgley has a quartet of runners and all have a chance of sorts. Tylery Wonder likes it here but he is probably best over a fast-run 5f. With rain forecast, conditions might ease enough for HEE HAW to take advantage of what is undoubtedly a decent mark at present. Pennsylvania Dutch could also play a part and any market interest in Suitcase 'n' Taxi should be noted.
