Karl Burke's FURMIGADELAGIUSTA is taken to follow up his recent course success at the main expense of Friston Forest and Caracciola. It's been a little while since the selection has tried this sort of trip but he races as though he'll see it out well enough and this season's efforts suggest that he's still improving. He stayed on strongly to land a handicap over twelve furlongs earlier in the month and is fancied to take this step up in class in his stride. Yellowstone has claims on the pick of his form but has questions to answer whilst Caracciola and Halla San may ideally prefer a stiffer test of stamina in this company. Friston Forest rates the chief danger and probably is the one that they all have to beat judged by his defeat of Veracity at Nad Al Sheba in February. He developed into a useful stayer for Andre Fabre and has won half of his career starts, including three at this level. His current team are obviously hopeful that he'll compete at a higher level than this but he may just be a little ring rusty on his first run back which is why we'll chance Furmigadelagiusta.
