      Verdict

Richard Fahey is making a bold bid to land this with three entries. Emerahldz went up 21lb in the ratings last year and is probably still open to further progress though an absence since October isn't ideal so Innocent Touch may prove best of the trio though he's been raised 3lb for finishing third here last time. Pressure Point, who finished just in front of him, has gone up 6lb so there shouldn't be much between the pair. COMEDY KING was returning from a nine-month break when runner-up to Sheriff Of Nawton at Doncaster. That was only his fifth career start and with plenty of scope to do better he's given the nod with Kevin Stott's claim certain to aid his cause. Spectator could provide the main threat as he made massive progress last season and though well beaten on his reappearance that was nowhere near his true form.
