Wimbledon and the US Open doubles finalists Jamie Murray and John Peers are to end their partnership after the World Tour Finals in London in November.

Britain's Murray, who has played a pivotal role in helping guide Leon Smith's Great Britain's Davis Cup team to the final against Belgium, will link up with Brazil's Bruno Soares in a bid for a fresh challenge from the start of 2016.

Murray, 29, and Australian Peers, 27, have won ATP titles in Brisbane and Hamburg this year, but the Scot will now be looking to progress with Soares - a former doubles world No 3.
