Both Lewis and Holmes are former Olympic champions, the former winning gold in the heptathlon in Sydney 14 years ago, while the latter won the 800m and 1,500m at Athens in 2004.
Lewis will join presenter Vicky Gomersall to talk about what life is like following retirement - and on how the life of Jessica Ennis will change when the Sheffield athlete returns to training following the imminent birth of her first child.
Holmes, 44, is back in training ahead of competing in the forthcoming World Duathlon Championship - a gruelling event involves running and cycling.
The show will also feature netball's Superleague Grand Final plus a review of Birmingham Ladies Champions League semi-final, second leg, against Tyreso.
Watch Sportswomen live at 10.30 am on Sky Sports News on Tuesday. The show is repeated later in the day on Sky Sports 1 (6pm), Sky Sports 2 (8.30pm) and Sky Sports 3 (10.30pm), as well as Sky Living on Sunday, May 4, at 9.30am.
