Rhys Williams wins 400 metres at the FBK Games in Hengelo
Rhys Williams secured victory in the 400 metres hurdles by more than half a second at the FBK Games in Hengelo.

The 29-year-old Welshman, who won gold over the distance at last year's European Championships, beat Australia's Tristan Thomas and fellow Briton Richard Yates to first place in a time of 49.09seconds.
There was also success for other British runners on the track in Holland, as James Ellington ran a personal best 20.42 seconds in the 200m behind home sprinter Churandy Martina who claimed a meeting record time of 20.23 seconds.
Hannah England finished third in the 800m behind Sweden's Abeba Aregawi and Marina Arzamasava of Belarus while Elidh Child ran 52.08 seconds, another personal best, in the 400m as she finished third behind American Keshia Baker and Jamaica's Patricia Hall.
Britain's Anyika Onuora finished just outside of the top three in the 200m when she equalled her personal best time as Ukraine's Mariya Ryemyen finished in first place.
