The Thunder have been struggling since star point guard Russell Westbrook picked up a knee injury, but Jackson helped make up for his absence, supported by Kevin Durant's 21 points. It was just a second win in five home games for the Thunder.
Klay Thompson scored 26 points to lift the Golden State Warriors to a 112-96 victory over the Washington Wizards.
While Thompson paced the offence, it was Andrew Bogut who provided the night's highlight with an alley-oop dunk from Stephen Curry's pass off the glass.
LeBron James poured in 30 points as the Miami Heat held off the Toronto Raptors for a 102-97 win.
The Indiana Pacers overcame the Cleveland Cavaliers 82-78, the New York Knicks beat the Dallas Mavericks 92-80, while there were also wins for the Memphis Grizzlies and the Denver Nuggets.
