Sam Eggington says Bradley Skeete gives him a bigger target to hit and keep his titles

Sam Eggington believes he will see off Bradley Skeete because he gives him "more to hit".
The British and Commonwealth welterweight champion puts his titles on the line at the Genting Arena, Birmingham on Saturday night, live on Sky Sports.
Eggington (17-2-KO9), who weighed in at 10st 5lbs 8oz - slightly lighter than Skeete's 10st 6lbs - is seen as the aggressor against the slick boxing skills of the challenger; something 'The Savage' is happy to endorse.
"It's a good 50-50 fight, but I am more than confident I will do more than a good job on him," he told Sky Sports. "If you'd have asked me for a mandatory defence, I'd have picked Skeete.
"I like to get involved, I like to get in tight, and someone who is taller and bigger gives me more to hit."
Skeete (22-1-KO10), who at 6ft 1 stands two inches taller than the champion, is just as confident and knows this could be a career-defining fight.
The Londoner challenged Birmingham's Frankie Gavin for the same titles in November 2014 only to lose to a unanimous decision.
"It's my second chance for the British and Commonwealth titles and I should've won them the first time - and it won't be happening again.
"Sam Eggington is a great champion. He's come from the bottom and worked his way to the top so I respect him for that and as the champion.
"I am looking forward to fighting him there in Birmingham, coming to do what he does, but I am coming home with those titles.
"All I am going to hear is... 'And the new'!"
Eggington v Skeete is live on Sky Sports 1, from 8.00pm on Saturday, with Kal and Gamal Yafai both on the undercard.
