Jermall Charlo insists that his power will translate to the middleweight division as he sets his sights on becoming a two-weight world champion.

The contest will mark former IBF super welterweight champion Charlo's first fight at the 160lbs weight limit and the unbeaten Texan has set his sights on becoming a multi-weight world titlist.
"It was a matter of time before I moved up and I felt like there were greater opportunities for me at middleweight," the 27-year-old said when speaking in a media conference call.
"I have to do what I did at super-welter and I expect my power to translate to 160bs, knockout power is God-given.
"I'm feeling a lot better and my focus now is sharpening up myself and then fulfilling my dream of becoming a two-time, two-division world champion."
Charlo's contest with Heiland has been ordered as an official eliminator by the WBC, with the victor becoming the mandatory challenger to the winner of Canelo Alvarez and Gennady Golovkin's unification bout this September.
"I'm not really focused on [Canelo or GGG] right now. I'm focused on getting to where they can't avoid me," Charlo added.
"Heiland is a seasoned, good fighter. He's strong and comes to fight. I'm not taking him lightly at all."
Watch Charlo vs Heiland on the undercard to Broner vs Garcia live from the Barclays Center, Brooklyn, from 1am, Sunday, July 30, on Sky Sports Action (Ch407).
