Johnny Fisher insists there are "no friends in that boxing ring" ahead of his fight against Dave Allen on the Usyk vs Fury rematch undercard.

The two British heavyweights will put their friendship to one side in Saturday's heavyweight fight in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, live on Sky Sports Box Office.

Fisher, with a 12-fight unbeaten record, demonstrated his ruthless instinct in a one-round demolition of Alen Babic in July, and the 25-year-old has issued a warning to Allen.

"I'm doing it for my family and I'm doing it to make them proud," he said during the final press conference.

"When we're in that ring, we're enemies."

Allen's career-high moment was a victory over former WBA champion Lucas Browne at The O2 in 2019, but the Doncaster fighter insists he is yet to deliver his biggest achievement in the sport.

"I was given a fantastic opportunity and I plan to take it with both hands," said Allen.

Allen was full of praise for Fisher as he stated there is no animosity between the two fighters.

"I've got a son and if he grows up to be the man Johnny Fisher is then I would be a happy man," he said.

"This is not personal, this is sport and I am confident that I will do the job."

Fisher is predicting an explosive encounter when the first bell rings.

"I've had 12 weeks but I've been training for more than that, I've been training for four long years," he said.
