Josh Warrington says he is 'very confident' of defeating Joel Brunker

British featherweight Josh Warrington says he does not expect to disappoint his army of partisan hometown fans when he faces Joel Brunker at the First Direct Arena in Leeds on Saturday night.
And Warrington thinks a victory will put him in line for a world title shot, possibly against fellow Brit Lee Selby.
However, Warrington knows that Aussie Brunker cannot be taken lightly.

The duo will battle for the Commonwealth featherweight title on Saturday and coverage of the bill gets underway on Sky Sports 1 at 7.30pm.
Warrington said: "The last time he was over here he lost to Lee Selby, the IBF world champion, so he's going to want to prove a point.
"He's hungry and, like I say, he wants to come to win, so that means I've got to be 100 per cent on my game and I can't let it slip.
"If I get through this, which I'm very confident of doing, then I think I can step on to the big world stage."
Tony Bellew is also on the card and he will take on Arturs Kulikauskis of Latvia as he looks to set up a world title shot at cruiserweight.
Bellew said: "Ultimately, it's about this fight. It's about coming through each fight and treating it with the amount of respect it deserves, because each fight could be my last.
"But we will be fighting for a world title by the end of the year, fingers crossed.
"We're just waiting on a few fights to take place, a few events to happen, and then I'm pretty sure Eddie (Hearn, promoter) will announce the plans for myself, within a month or so, I'm pretty sure."
Martin Murray is also on the bill and he will have his third fight at super-middleweight - and his biggest test yet at the weight.
Murray will tackle Jose Miguel Torres of Colombia, a hard-hitter with an aggressive approach.
Murray said: "He is a big puncher. He has knocked 27 out of 31 out.
"I have watched him fight and he is going to bring it, which is what I want. That brings out the best in me.
"I am really looking forward to it."
