PDC World Championship: Phil Taylor admits he could carry on beyond age of 55

Phil Taylor told Sky Sports he has no plans to walk away from darts after capturing his 16th world title - and might even consider playing beyond the age of 55.
What made Taylor's triumph over Van Gerwen even more special for him was it made sure he would become the first man to get his hands on the new trophy named after his late friend Waddell. "It's extra special," he admitted. "You mention Sid's name and everyone smiles. That's the memories of Sid. "He was probably my best friend in darts, along with Eric Bristow. Sid was exceptional. I do miss him dearly."
