Just one DRS zone in place at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve

There will be just one DRS zone at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve circuit this weekend rather than the two in place for last year's race. The two zones in place for the 2011 Canadian Grand Prix were on the straight exiting the Turn 10 hairpin and also on the start-finish straight. However, the second zone has been scrapped as it was deemed too easy to overtake. As a result, the only zone will run from Turn 10 until the braking zone for the final chicane. It has also been shortened by 50 meters and is now 600 meters long.
