Webber and Vettel out in front as title race season nears climax
As Formula One prepares for an exciting finale, Mark Webber and Sebastian Vettel remain hot favourites to secure a one-two finish for Red Bull Racing.
With three races remaining, the Red Bull duo are in pole position to take the top two spots on the podium, with 34-year-old Webber aiming to secure his first drivers' championship.
The Australian currently leads the standings by 14 points from Vettel and Ferrari's Fernando Alonso.
Sky Bet's new Championship Forecast market has the Red Bull pairing as 7/2 favourites, a Webber/Alonso 1-2 is available at 4/1, whilst Webber to beat 2008 World champion Lewis Hamilton to top spot is available at 25/1.
McLaren driver Hamilton has only secured one finish in his last three races and has dropped off the pace dramatically since his win at the Belgian Grand Prix.
However, the 25-year-old only trails Webber by 28 points and Sky Bet's F1 racing expert Dave Pilgrim reckons anything is possible.
He said: "It simply looks too close to call at the moment, so it's no surprise to see the favourite in the forecast market still trading at 7/2.
"It's almost certainly going to become a case of last man standing.
"With 25 points available for a win, and 18 on offer for second place, it's imperative for Webber, Vettel and Alonso to reach the end of all three remaining races in podium positions, and I'd say the man who can achieve that feat will win the title this season."
Pilgrim added: "Pushed for a name, I'd say Vettel is probably the value, but it's such a close battle that literally any of the top three could win it, and it would be foolish to entirely write off Hamilton's chances - he would be a terrible result for Sky Bet."
With Webber and Vettel leading the way, Red Bull are huge favourites to win the Constructor's Championship.
The Austria-based team are 1/33 to take the team prize with the most points, ahead of McLaren at 10/1 and 33/1 shots Ferrari.
Despite the Red Bull dominance of most of the markets, Alonso is favourite to secure the most race wins this season.
The Spanish driver has already topped the podium four times this season and is 11/8 to finish with the most race wins.
Webber also has four victories and is 13/8 to win this particular market, with Vettel and Hamilton - who have both won three so far - available at 3/1 and 14/1 respectively.
