Team to debut VJM02 in Spain

Force India are set to launch their new challenger, the VJM02, at Jerez on Sunday. Seven of the nine confirmed teams for this year's World Championship have already put their 2009 cars through their paces, leaving just Force India and Toro Rosso lacking in mileage. Drivers Giancarlo Fisichella and Adrian Sutil will both be present in Spain, although it is not yet known which of the two will have the honour of giving the car its first run. This year's Force India will have Mercedes power after the backmarker outfit signed a technical agreement with McLaren's engine partner that also brings a provision of gearboxes and the new KERS system.
