Juan Pablo Montoya has again rejected reports that he is eyeing a return to Formula One.
The Colombian on Wednesday told the German Press Agency
dpa that he was totally committed to driving in NASCAR.
"I retired from Formula 1 and do not know why people keep asking the same question, because I'm focused on a series," Montoya said while on a visit to Panama to raise money for a Colombian-based charity.
"In truth, it seems strange and I'm surprised.
"Right now, I'm focused 100 per cent on my career."
Montoya last raced in F1 in 2006, representing BMW-Williams and McLaren during his stint in the sport.
