Colchester United defender Magnus Okuonghae has not yet set a comeback date following his ankle injury.
The centre-half has been sidelined for a month after suffering a recurrence of the problem which hampered him earlier in the season. "I can't put my finger on it but hopefully I'll be back soon," he said. "It's one of those frustrating injuries which needs rest so there's not much I can do, it's a case of sitting back and trying to stay on top of my fitness. "It was disappointing, my eagerness got the better of me and I came back a little bit too early and ended up doing worse damage. "But I'll learn from it and keep working hard, continue my rehab and hopefully be back soon. At the moment I'm probably the only person at the club who's happy games are being called off!"
