Club hurling round-up: Imokilly triumph in Cork once again

As county championships reach their conclusion, we bring you all the big hurling results from the weekend.

Cork SHC

Imokilly were too strong for Midleton as they defended their Cork SHC title at Páirc Uí Chaoimh. The East Cork divisional side were buoyed by Seamus Harnedy who scored 1-06 as they won out 3-19 to 1-19.

Midleton progress to the Munster Championship as the club who represents the Rebel County, when they face Waterford champions Ballygunner in the first round.

Limerick SHC

Last year's beaten All-Ireland finalists Na Piarsaigh were pushed all the way by Kilmallock in the semi-final as they won out 1-19 to 2-15. The city club will face Doon in the decider, who saw off Patrickswell in the Gaelic Grounds doubleheader on Sunday afternoon.

Kilkenny SHC

Bennettsbridge are back in the Kilkenny final after a wait of 44 years. They beat Clara by five points to win through to the decider, and will face the winner of Ballyhale Shamrocks vs Erin's Own. The Castlecomer side beat last year's finalists James Stephens by two points in their quarter-final replay.

Carlow SHC

Mount Leinster Rangers are county champions once again, beating St Mullins 3-10 to 1-13. The 2013-14 All-Ireland finalists now go on to face Offaly champions Coolderry in the Leinster quarter-final.

Kildare SHC

Celbridge beat reigning champions Ardclough by four points to claim the honours in Kildare, to regain the title they last won in 2016.

Antrim SHC

Ruairí Óg Cushendall have progressed to the Antrim decider after beating St John's 2-16 to 3-11 in the semi-final replay. They will meet Loughgiel Shamrocks in the final.

Mayo SHC

Tooreen defended their title, beating Ballyhaunis 0-15 to 0-11. The Mayo side fell to Ballyragget in the semi-final of last year's All-Ireland intermediate championship, and will be eager to go further this year.

London SHC

St Gabriel's are London champions, beating Robert Emmett's 2-17 to 2-11 at Ruislip.
