Tyrrell Hatton rolls in a 25-foot putt for a closing birdie in Turkey, but he made it using a wedge after a 'slight mishap' with his putter on the previous green!

Tyrrell Hatton rolled in the most unusual birdie putt of the Turkish Airlines Open as he was forced to use a wedge after breaking his putter on the previous green.

Hatton's frustration boiled over towards the end of his third round in Antalya when he made his second bogey of the back nine at the penultimate hole to slip over the card for the day, dropping back to four under for the tournament.

The feisty Englishman then ensured his putter would not be in play on the final hole as the offending club ended up in two pieces, forcing him to improvise after knocking his approach to 25 feet at the last.

But Hatton was up to the challenge after deciding to use a wedge for the putt, rolling it straight into the middle of the cup for a closing birdie and a round of 71, although he appeared to be past caring by that point!
