Henrik Stenson will carry an eight-shot advantage into the final round of the Nedbank Challenge in Sun City. Stenson carded a seven-under third round of 65 to move to 17-under-par overall, well clear of the chasing pack. He went to the turn in 34 with two birdies before storming home in just 31, highlighted by five birdies in seven holes. Stenson's nearest rival is fellow Swede Robert Karlsson, who sits on nine-under after a 67 on Saturday. South African Rory Sabbatini is a further three back following a 72.

Pressure

"It will be fun playing with Robert tomorrow," said Stenson. "I'm sure he will go out and try to put me under pressure early on so I just need to keep my head down." England's Lee Westwood is a distant 13 shots off the pace after a 70, while Luke Donald continued his comeback from a serious wrist injury with a 71 to improve to one-over-par. Former European number one Justin Rose is another stroke back on two-over after a third-round 72, while Spain's Miguel Angel Jimenez - pipped to World Cup glory by Stenson and Karlsson in China last week - continues to prop up the 12-man field on eight-over.
