Conor McGregor was two-and-a-half pounds lighter than Nate Diaz at a chaotic weigh-in on Friday night.

The Irish ace tipped the scales at 168lbs, two pounds beneath the welterweight limit, with Diaz coming in heavy at 170.5lbs ahead of UFC 202.

McGregor's weight was identical to his first fight with Diaz in March when, on 10 days' notice, he was beaten in a hastily-arranged welterweight fight.
