Double world champion Christine Ohuruogu says it is a "beautiful feeling" when you succeed as part of a team.

Ohuruogu - who won 400m gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and is the only British female to medal at three successive Games - has won an astonishing 11 relay medals at World and European level.

Speaking in episode 29 of Sky Sports' My Icon series, Ohuruogu said: "The most beautiful thing about being on a team is that no matter where you are or where you have come from, we all unite at that one time to wear our kit - and to stand on the podium for those of us that are fortunate enough to make it.

"To see your flag go up above everybody else's, to know that you've gone and elevated your country in some way because of the work that you have done is a really good feeling."
