The jersey and shorts have been produced by Adidas following two years of testing and development.
Its key feature is an aerodynamic leading edge called a "bolero", while state-of-the-art Formotion and ClimaCool technology will also ensure optimal movement and comfort.
Adidas have provided British Cycling's kit for the past seven years and the latest design will be available to the public in both elite and replica versions.
The German manufacturer has developed the materials used in the kit based on their experience of providing Team Sky's road jerseys over the past three years.
It will get its first outing at the Track Cycling World Cup event in Mexico from January 17-19, before Britain's riders head to Eastern Europe for the world championships in Minsk from February 20-24.
