Brash, riding Ursula XII, finished the inaugural Dutch Masters at Brabanthallen in 40.68 seconds on Sunday.
Belgium's Niels Bruynseels won the top prize with a time of 37.10 seconds, with Germany's Marcus Ehning and the Netherlands' Harrie Smolders coming in behind him.
