Mick Bohan given two more years with Dublin ladies footballers
Last Updated: 21/11/18 2:37pm
Dublin ladies football manager Mick Bohan has been ratified for another two years.
Having worked with Jim Gavin and also spent time with the Clare footballers during their breakthrough year of 2016, Bohan turned his attention to the Dublin ladies team over the last two seasons and has overseen huge success. The 'Blues Sisters' have captured back-to-back All-Ireland titles under his watch, and have done so in front of record attendances at Croke Park.
After winning their first crown since 2010 last year, they backed it up by beating Cork in the decider, a team against whom they had lost three finals between 2014 and 2016.
As focus now turns to the drive for three-in-a-row, club delegates have given Bohan their full backing by giving him a two-year commitment.
