ONE Fight Night: Undefeated Chase Mann and Dzhabir Dzhabrailov collide in high-stakes main event live on Sky Sports

Chase Mann meets Dzhabir Dzhabrailov in a battle of unbeaten MMA fighters; Muay Thai legend Sam-A Gaiyanghadao faces Moroccan knockout artist Elmehdi El Jamari in the co-main event at ONE Fight Night 42, live on Sky Sports in the early hours of Saturday morning

Two undefeated mixed martial artists will put their perfect records on the line in the main event of ONE Fight Night 42, and when the dust settles, the victor could find himself staring down a shot at two-division champion Christian Lee's ONE welterweight MMA world title.

American powerhouse Chase "Mannimal" Mann brings an unblemished 7-0 record into the Bangkok cauldron, having bulldozed through every opponent placed in front of him since turning professional in June 2023. The 29-year-old shocked fans in his ONE Championship debut this past January as he dismantled surging Australian-Tongan sensation Isi Fitikefu - the longtime training partner of former UFC Champion Robert Whittaker - en route to a first-round TKO victory.

Mann's gritty style is built on a ferocious combination of heavy hands, smothering grappling, and overwhelming physicality. He's left a trail of vanquished opponents in his wake, and now he's hunting his eighth professional victory with an eye on Lee's gold.

But standing across from him in the ring is perhaps his most dangerous test yet. At just 21 years old, Dzhabir Dzhabrailov has carved through the competition with terrifying efficiency.

Watch live on Sky Sports Action from 2am on Saturday morning.

The Turkish demolition man holds a pristine 6-0 record, and here's the truly frightening part - he's finished every single opponent he's ever faced. Even more remarkably, each of his three promotional victories came inside two minutes, leaving his rivals crumpled on the canvas before they knew what hit them.

Dzhabrailov applies intense forward pressure, attacking rivals with a tidal wave of punches, kicks, and slams. And when an opponent finally hits the ground, he follows up with a nonstop assault of punches until the referee pulls him off.

The physical contrast between the two is stark and imposing. Dzhabrailov's towering 6ft 2 frame looms over the 5ft 9 Mann, and his perfect 100 percent finishing rate marks him as a genuine threat to shatter the American's dreams of remaining unbeaten.

It's a heart-racing styles clash. Mann's well-rounded approach and immense strength from his powerlifting background will be put to the ultimate examination against Dzhabrailov's explosive finishing ability, aggressive offensive front, and never-back-down aura. Both warriors know that victory under the Bangkok lights could catapult them straight into a world title showdown.

The two rising stars have gold in their eyes and neither are prepared to surrender a single inch, making this main event as an absolutely thrilling affair that could end in the blink of an eye.

Sam-A defies time in pursuit of fourth world title reign

Two fighters desperate for a shot at the ONE strawweight Muay Thai world title meet in the chief support, though they stand at vastly different crossroads in their respective careers.

Sam-A Gaiyanghadao may be staring down his 42nd birthday, but the Thai legend remains as dangerous as ever. The Buriram native has already etched his name into the history books across three weight classes - he's the inaugural ONE flyweight Muay Thai world champion, inaugural ONE strawweight kickboxing world champion, and inaugural ONE strawweight Muay Thai world champion.

Now, in the twilight of a glittering career, he's chasing one final crowning moment.

Sam-A has strung together impressive victories over dangerous youngsters Thway Lin Htet and Jaosuayai Mor Krungthepthonburi, emphatically proving he can still trade leather with fighters half his age. A third consecutive win would thrust him squarely back into title contention and defy those who claim time has caught up with the veteran warrior.

But he faces another youthful adversary in 28-year-old Elmehdi "The Sniper" El Jamari, who knows a victory over the Thai icon would catapult him to the upper echelon of the division. The Moroccan even possesses the style that could lead to the veteran's downfall: his boxing-heavy, power-punching acumen.

In the past opponents with a boxing background have troubled the living legend, and if El Jamari can pull off the upset and topple one of Muay Thai's all-time greats, then a new ONE strawweight Muay Thai world title contender could be born.
