What's live on Sky Sports today? TV guide and listings plus how to watch on Sky Sports App and NOW

Qualifying for the Belgian Grand Prix is live on Sky on Saturday afternoon as McLaren look to build on their strong showing in second practice.

Following Practice 3 from 11.30am, the qualifying session will be live on Sky Sports F1 from 3pm as Lando Norris bids to claim a second successive pole position.

The third Test between England and West Indies continues live on Sky Sports Cricket, with second-day coverage from Edgbaston from 10.15am

The Hundred continues with the double-header between London Spirit and Birmingham Phoenix, with the women's match live on Sky Sports Mix from 2.30pm and the men's match live on Sky Sports Cricket from 6.30pm.

The third round of the Senior Open Championship is live on Sky Sports Golf from 12.30pm, with the PGA Tour's 3M Open following on at 6pm.

There is a host of NRL and Super League action on Sky Sports Arena and Sky Sports Action, while over on Sky Sports Tennis this week's tournaments are into their final stages.

Raceday Live from 12.30pm on Sky Sports Racing centres on the big meeting at Ascot, with the King George the feature race.
