WWE's stars of tomorrow showed they are ready for the limelight now by engaging in some brilliant bouts, with the evening's main event producing a brand new NXT Champion: Britain's Adrian Neville.
The Newcastle fighter defeated Bo Dallas in a high-octane Ladder Match, crushing his opponent - who had held his belt for 280 days - with a Shooting Star Press, before ascending the metal steps and collecting the gold.
The night's maiden encounter, which pitted Elimination Chamber competitor Cesaro against Sami Zayn, also lived up to the hype, with the Swiss prevailing after a near 23-minute epic.
Cesaro and Zayn had wowed the WWE Universe when they locked horns in a two-out-of-three falls match six months ago, and they earned the fans' seal of approval once more in a match sanctioned by Triple H.
The Real American grappler - who has also had memorable contests with John Cena and Randy Orton on Raw and Smackdown in recent weeks - dominated the early proceedings, but Zayn came soaring back, hitting his foe with a powerbomb and a Koji Clutch.
However, Cesaro's greater experience told and after he dazed the Canadian with one of his lethal European Uppercuts, he cemented the win with the Neutralizer - though a post-match embrace showed just how much respect the competitors shared.
Clash
Neville's triumph was not the only success for a Brit at arRIVAL, though, with Norwich-born Paige retaining her NXT Women's Championship courtesy of a victory over Emma.
Highlights of the clash included Emma flattening her fellow female with powerbomb from the turnbuckle and the Antipodean kicking out of the 'Anti-Diva's' Paige Turner move.
But the wrestler from East Anglia triumphed by placing Emma - who has received amorous glances from Santino Marella on Raw - into the Scorpion Lock, extending her reign with the strap to 253 days.
Elsewhere, Alexander Rusev, the Bulgarian who starred in the 2014 Royal Rumble match, caused destruction in the clash between Xavier Woods and Tyler Breeze, attacking both Superstars.
Plus, NXT Tag Team Champions The Ascension defeated veteran duo Too Cool, aka Scotty 2 Hotty and Grandmaster Sexay, while the powerful Mojo Rawley vanquished the eccentric CJ Parker.
