Jade Galbraith has handed Nottingham Panthers a boost by re-signing for a third season with the club.
The popular forward scored 94 points last season as the Panthers made the play-off finals weekend, where Corey Neilson's team succumbed to eventual winners Belfast Giants in a sudden death semi-final penalty shootout.
Player-coach Neilson is delighted to have secured the signature of Galbraith as he plans ahead for the next campaign
He told the team's official website: "There were rumours about Jade being poached by other teams but you can't believe everything you hear.
"Jade's a Panther through and through. Speaking with him it wasn't a hard deal to do.
"I said 'Jade I want you back', he said 'great I want to be back', and there wasn't a big chasm to deal with to make it work.
"He loves it here, he loves the style of play, he loves the atmosphere and he loves the fans.
"We saw a lot of the best of Jade Galbraith in the season just finished but if he says he can do even better - that's mouth-watering stuff!"
