Miz-ter Money in the Bank - The Miz took matters into his own hands this week on WWE NXT, ending Michael McGillicutty's undefeated streak.
The United States Champion showed no remorse towards Kofi Kingston's No.1 ranked rookie, dominating the match with a vicious streak and giving McGillicutty his first loss via the Skull Crushing Finale.
The Miz had labelled the number one rookie as "mediocre" and promised to "eat him alive" when they faced each other later on.
The match was set-up earlier in the night after McGillicutty and Lucky Cannon competed for the right to face The Miz, with both rookie's having had issues with the RAW superstar over the past few weeks.
The son of Hall of Famer, Mr Perfect, hit his Running Swinging Neckbreaker - now christened the McGillicutter - to pick up a very quick victory over Cannon.
Rivalry
Alex Riley began an impressive night for the duo of him and his Pro, The Miz, by defeating Percy Watson.
'Showtime' had stated in an interview that Riley "talks down to people and thinks he is better than everyone", and went into the match looking to silence the 'Varsity Villain' Riley.
Watson was soon caught on the second rope though and an Atomic Drop set up You're Dismissed, the Fireman's Carry Cutter and Riley pinned MVP's rookie, only a week ahead of the next elimination.
The opening bout saw Husky Harris and Kaval revive their rivalry from last week, with the 300lb behemoth Harris again getting the better of his significantly smaller opponent.
The advantage opened up for Harris when he slammed Kaval into the barricade on the outside of the ring. Kaval responded with a variation on his Warrior's Way from the second rope but missed a Splash and Harris punished him with a Uranage to set up a Running Senton for the three count.
The first 20 minutes of the show was filled with a rookie challenge, being a kissing contest devised by team 'LayCool', which Lucky Cannon won.
Next week will be the third NXT elimination. Who will join Titus O'Neil and Eli Cottonwood in leaving the competition? Husky Harris has a battle on his hands after finishing second bottom in the first two polls. Find out exclusively live on SKY SPORTS.
