Stephen Curry showed off his dunking skills with a consolation reverse slam in the dying seconds of the All-Star Game

Stephen Curry, playing in front of his hometown crowd in Charlotte, showed off his dunking ability in the final seconds of the All-Star Game.

Curry contributed 17 points, nine rebounds and seven assists but could not prevent Team Giannis from falling to a 178-164 loss to Team LeBron.

Curry made four three-pointers in the game but was not his usual accurate shooting self, connecting on just six of his 23 field goal attempts.

He did, however, send the fans at the Spectrum Center home happy, bringing the crowd to its feet at the final buzzer, throwing himself a hard bounce pass before leaping to catch the ball in mid-air and throw down a reverse slam.

Earlier in the fourth quarter, Curry had the crowd in raptures too when he completed a four-point play, knocking down a triple from the right wing as Warriors team-mate Klay Thompson of Team LeBron pushed him to the floor.
