Clutch Damian Lillard earns Portland Trail Blazers win over Minnesota Timberwolves

Damian Lillard produced a trademark fourth quarter salvo as he scored 28 points in the Portland Trail Blazers victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves.
With Portland trailing by six points with less than four minutes remaining, Lillard pulled off a series of plays to further enhance his reputation as one of the best closers in the NBA.
He was fouled converting a tough layup, after which he added the resulting free-throw, before a step-back jump shot gave Portland the lead.
Then with the scores tied at 105, Lillard made off-balance three-pointer off the dribble, to give his side a lead that they would not relinquish.
