Loughborough Lightning will be aiming to maintain their lead at the top of the Vitality Netball Superleague table this weekend.

Lightning crushed bottom side Celtic Dragons last time out to maintain their 100 per cent start to the season and are sitting pretty three points clear at the top of the table ahead of Surrey Storm as the season approaches the halfway point.

They will be back on the road for round seven on Saturday as they take on Team Northumbria aiming for a win which would extend their winning streak.

Second-placed Surrey Storm had their unbeaten start ended by Wasps, but will look to get back to winning ways when they visit Sirens.

Also on Saturday, Hertfordshire Mavericks entertain Severn Stars as seventh plays eighth.

The action tips off on Friday when fourth-placed Manchester Thunder travel to Team Bath having recorded their fifth win in a row, overcoming the challenge of Hertfordshire Mavericks on Monday night.

"We felt like we turned a corner on the attacking end against Surrey Storm, we will be looking to build on that against Dragons," Greenway told the official Vitality Netball Superleague website.

The Dragons are still without a win and sit at the bottom of the League Table.
