Team Bath, Manchester Thunder, benecosMavericks and Loughborough Lightning all keep up their perfect starts to the Vitality Superleague season.

Team Bath took control of their Friday night encounter against former two-time champions Surrey Storm with a second-quarter blitz as Sophie Drakeford-Lewis and Kadeen Corbin enabled the hosts to open up a 32-20 lead.

Despite the best efforts from shooters Katie Harris and Sigi Burger, and a number of tactical changes by Surrey head coach Tania Hoffman, it was the Blue and Gold of Team Bath who clinched a comfortable 60-44 win to make it three wins out of three.

They travel to Severn Stars on Monday aiming to make it four in a row, while Storm travel to Celtics Dragons on in search of their first victory.

In the night's other match, Thunder produced a scintillating performance to defeat Team Northumbria 53-46.

Amy Clinton, Joyce Mvula and Kathryn Turner were all inspirational, but it was Caroline O'Hanlon who was the stand-out performer for Manchester as they kept up their 100 per cent start to the season.

On Saturday, benecosMavericks proved too hot for Severn Stars with a 68-46 success, while Loughborough Lightning crushed Celtic Dragons 69-45.
