Sam Bradford overcame two red-zone interceptions, throwing for 333 yards and two touchdowns as the Philadelphia Eagles cruised to 39-17 win over the New Orleans Saints.
Ryan Mathews and DeMarco Murray each rushed for a touchdown as the Eagles broke out of their offensive slump and snapped a three-game losing streak at home that dated back to last season.
Drew Brees had three turnovers for the Saints - one interception and two forced fumbles by Fletcher Cox - which lead to 17 points for the Eagles.
Bradford himself was intercepted twice in the first quarter, but recovered to lead his side to an emphatic win that moves them to 2-3 on the season, while the Saints slip to 1-4.
Josh McCown threw for 457 yards as the Cleveland Browns came out on top of the Baltimore Ravens, winning 33-30 in an overtime thriller.
McCown passed for two touchdowns, and rushed for a third, with the highlight coming from Gary Barnidge, who managed to pin the ball to his leg and somehow make a catch in the endzone. Kicker Travis Coons won the game for the Browns with a 32-yard field goal in overtime.
The Atlanta Falcons were also overtime winners, with Robert Alford's interception return for a touchdown seeing them past the Washington Redskins 25-19.
More overtime action came in Cincinnati, where Mike Nugent won the game for the Bengals against the Seattle Seahawks with a 42-yard field goal after they had scored 17 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to tie the scores.
Aaron Rodgers saw his NFL record interception streak ended but did manage to lead the Green Bay Packers to a 24-10 win over the St Louis Rams.
Rodgers had gone 587 pass attempts at home without a pick, but was intercepted twice by the Rams in the first-half of Sunday's match at Lambeau Field.
But he did manage to throw two touchdown passes, one each to James Jones and Ty Montgomery, as the Packers maintained their unbeaten start to the season.
Jay Cutler led the Chicago Bears to two fourth-quarter touchdowns and an 18-17 win over the Kansas City Chiefs, while the Buffalo Bills came from behind to beat the Tennessee Titans 14-13.
And it was the Doug Martin show in Tampa, where the Buccaneers beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 38-31 in a game devoid of defense.
Martin rushed for 123 yards and three touchdowns, meaning a four-touchdown performance from Jaguars quarterback Blake Bortles counted for nothing.
