One of the most dramatic finishes in the NFL occurred during the Baltimore Ravens' game with Cleveland Browns on Monday

Will Hill returned a last-gasp blocked field goal for a touchdown as the Baltimore Ravens scored a dramatic 33-27 win over the Cleveland Browns.

Hill was in the right place at the right time to benefit from Brent Urban's block of a Travis Coons kick that looked set to seal victory for the Browns (2-9) at the end of a topsy-turvy NFL encounter on Monday night.

Baltimore (4-7) took an early 10-0 lead when Justin Tucker hit a field goal to add to a 82-yard punt return touchdown from Kaelin Clay that had opened the scoring.

Their lead was 17-3 when quarterback Matt Schaub - starting in place of the injured Joe Flacco - connected with running-back Javorius Allen for a 13-yard score.

But Baltimore stagnated for more than a quarter as a scrambling Josh McCown hit Marlon Moore in the endzone for a 10-yard Browns touchdown, Coons split the uprights with a 21-yard field goal and Karlos Dansby intercepted Schaub and ran back for a 52-yard pick six.

Cleveland led 20-17 at that point but Schaub regained his rhythm and passed for a second touchdown, this time a 15-yarder to Kamar Aiken, and Tucker hit a second field goal to give Baltimore a 27-20 lead.

Back-up quarterback Austin Davis came into the game for an injured McCown and made an instant impact to level the scores with a 42-yard touchdown pass to Travis Benjamin.

That score came with 1:55 remaining but the Ravens and Browns both had stalled drives before Schaub was picked off by Tramon Williams and Cleveland drove the ball down to the 33-yard line to give Coons the chance to be a hero.

But Urban, who was playing in his first NFL game after being moved up from injured reserve, stuck out his left hand to deflect the kick and Hill scooped up the ball and returned it 64 yards for the winning score.
