As part of our countdown to Super Bowl 50, we head back to 1983 when the Washington Redskins lifted the trophy for the first time.
At Super Bowl XVII, the Redskins were pitted against the Miami Dolphins, who had denied Washington the title 10 years earlier.
The Dolphins appeared to be heading for another win when they led 17-10 at half time, but the Redskins then racked up 17 unanswered points to secure their maiden Super Bowl title.
