Mariota aimed a pass into the endzone which was deflected into the air by the Chiefs' Darrelle Revis, and the ball landed back in Mariota's hands.

The only other QB to have performed the same feat in the NFL is Brad Johnson for the Minnesota Vikings in a 21-14 victory over the Carolina Panthers in October 1997.
