The Jacksonville Jaguars and Washington Redskins suffered injury blows after linebackers Paul Posluszny and Brian Orakpo were both ruled out for the rest of the NFL season.

Jaguars middle linebacker Posluszny suffered a torn pectoral muscle against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday while Redskins pass rusher Orakpo picked up the same injury against the Tennessee Titans.

Jaguars coach Gus Bradley also revealed that defensive end Andre Branch will miss at least six weeks with a groin injury.

Buffalo Bills running back CJ Spiller could also miss the rest of the season as well after he reportedly suffered a broken collarbone at the weekend.

Fellow Bills tailback Fred Jackson also left Buffalo’s win over the Minnesota Vikings through injury and is also likely to spend some time on the sidelines.

The Atlanta Falcons’ offensive line was depleted further when centre Peter Konz was placed on injured reserve with a knee injury, ending his season.
