The side from the Big Apple have strung together four wins in a row for the first time since 2010 - which is the same year that the Patriots began a fearsome winning streak against the Jets, encompassing eight wins in nine meetings.

Check out the big game on Sunday, live on Sky Sports 2 HD from 5.30pm.

Since Tom Brady stood at the heart of the Patriots, they have amassed a 23-7 record against the Jets but never have the men in green entered battle on such a hot streak. The Jets will remember a 2010 play-off victory against the Patriots and dream of a repeat this Sunday.

Just three years have passed since the notorious 'butt fumble' in this fixture, when Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez spilled the ball after colliding with his team-mate Brandon Moore's backside. The Patriots recovered the ball for a touchdown and ran out 49-19 winners.

That moment is remembered as one of the most embarrassing in the history of the whole NFL, not just the Jets' legacy, and is synonymous with the Patriots' success.

The Jets' latest opportunity to partly wipe away that memory comes this weekend on Sky Sports.
