Eagle-eared viewers will have noticed a new sound of NFL on Sky Sports this year - Relentless Crew. The rappers are the voiced and brains behind the track that kicked off our coverage with the season opener and our first double header on Sunday. So for those of you who want to know more, here's a brief history of RC and for those of you who liked what you heard, a few links that will help you out. RC are a rap group from London consisting of three members. They formed in 2004 due to a shared passion for music, specifically rap, and have since achieved many things, including winning 'Best Rap Group' at the huge UK Unsigned competition at the Hackney Empire in 2008. They have toured up and down the UK and their fan base has been steadily growing, with RC becoming known for their crowd-pleasing performances and powerful tracks. All three members share a great love for American Football, and in 2009, decided to create an American Football 'anthem' called 'Warriors of Gridiron', with the aim of hopefully raising awareness of American Football and the NFL in the UK. Since creating the track, they have performed at various UK teams' games to great reactions from the players and the crowds, and more recently, have worked with Sky Sports to create an NFL season opening video to go along with the song. Relentless Crew are also performing at this years Brit Bowl at Doncaster Stadium on the 25th and 26th of September.
