Bengals star will keep celebrating despite latest fine

Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chad Ochocinco's latest $30,000 fine for his touchdown celebration is a challenge to further his antics, according to the star. The Bengals' 23-13 victory over Detroit saw the receiver briefly donning a mock poncho and a sombrero next to the bench, adding to his lengthy catalogue of celebrations. The punishment has increased from his previous $20,000 fine , received a month ago for pretending to bribe an official during a game. The 31-year-old insists he will keep adding to his memorable celebrations even if the fines continue to increase. He said: "They keep jacking them up; I'll keep jacking up the celebrations, I play to have fun."

Celebrations

Ochocinco's celebrations have already included a river dance, pretending to perform CPR on a football and using the end zone pylon as a golf club. The league has cracked down on celebrations, making it illegal to use a prop on the field or have a rehearsed celebration with team-mates ready. Despite the ruling, Ochocinco will not hesitate to celebrate during the upcoming fixture against the Minnesota Vikings if he touches down. He added: "I will try to find and blow the Vikings' horn. Man, I'm going to have some purple fun. I'm so excited for this week." With the fines ever increasing, a suspension could be just around the corner to curb the receiver's celebrations, but Ochocinco would deem that ridiculous. "What are you going to suspend me for? Having fun? I'm not that bad," he said. "How would that sound? I'm not hurting anybody. I'm very respectful with everybody I play against."
