Dujardin won team and individual gold medals in Greenwich Park as Team GB enjoyed their greatest haul across the three disciplines.
The 27-year-old set an Olympic record, riding Valegro, in the opening round of the team event which she won alongside Laura Bechtolsheimer and Carl Hester.
Since that victory, Dujardin has cemented her place as the world's leading dressage rider with victory in the World Cup freestyle event at Olympia in London.
Bechtolsheimer, who won bronze in the individual event, and Hester were rewarded with MBEs alongside the rest of the equestrian gold medallists Peter Charles, Scott Brash and Ben Maher, who tasted success in the men's showjumping team event - Nick Skelton was already an OBE.
There was also an MBE for eventing legend Mary King, who took silver in the team event alongside William Fox-Pitt, Kristina Cook, Nicola Wilson and Zara Phillips at the age of 51.
Double world and multiple European champion King was winning a medal at her third successive Olympic Games after taking silver in Athens and bronze in Beijing.
