Williams, a recent guest on Sky Sports News' Sportswomen show, won gold in the skeleton at the 2010 games in Vancouver before injury forced her to retire from the sport last year.
The 31-year-old is now pursuing a career as a rally co-driver but she has given her assessment on British chances of glory, with the 2014 Games less than 100 days away.
"We have got some really great athletes at the moment, from the skeleton to speed skating, to snowboarding," she told Sky Sports.

"We have got a lot of athletes that are world ranked No 1, who have world medals from the last season.
"We just have to keep that going and hope they all stay injury-free and keep really focused.
"It's still a long way to go until Sochi, 100 days is still a long way for these athletes.
For them it must be heads down, they all have selection races on the snow and ice and it is slowly building up."
