Forward to ignore jeers from crowds

Brazilian star Neymar insists he will not change his playing style after he was again booed following a controversial sending off in the 3-2 win against Honduras on Saturday. Neymar, who scored from the penalty spot, was booed after a contentious foul led to Honduras' Wilmer Cristiano being dismissed in the 33rd minute. The 20-year-old has managed to perform in the Olympics so far, despite the hostile reception, scoring three goals in four matches. The Santos forward has not enjoyed the best of receptions during the Olympics, but he insists that the jeers from the crowd will not affect his performances for Brazil. He said: "I'm not changing the way I play because of how the crowd reacts. It's normal for the fans to boo at times, but I never think about that. "I have my mind in the right place and I'll do whatever I have to do to help Brazil win. They will probably boo me again but it will not affect me. "The only time I went down, the guy was sent off." Brazil's win over Honduras now sees them progress to the semi-finals, where they will face South Korea on Tuesday.
