Wakefield prop David Fifita guilty of dangerous tackle

Wakefield prop David Fifita has been handed a two-match ban for a dangerous tackle in a match at St Helens.
The former Cronulla forward denied the grade B offence but was found guilty by a Rugby Football League independent disciplinary tribunal. He was also fined £300.

Fifita, who is out of contract with Trinity, will be able to serve the suspension in pre-season matches.
Wakefield maintained their spot in the top tier of Super League after finishing eighth in the table.
