Chairman promises best rugby league arena in the country
St Helens' new ground will be known as Langtree Park from next season after the developers were awarded the naming rights.
The 18,000-seater stadium, which was completed last month, is the centrepiece of a major regeneration of a former glassworks near the town centre.
St Helens chairman Eamonn McManus said: "Securing a naming-rights deal was a big part of the new stadium plan and we're delighted to extend our relationship with Langtree.
"Langtree has done a fantastic job on the stadium and we know that once the stadium fit-out is complete that it's going to be the best arena in the country to watch rugby league."
Saints' first match at their new home will be a pre-season friendly against Widnes on January 20.
St Helens ground-shared with Widnes throughout 2011 after moving out of Knowsley Road, their home for 120 years.
