Salford Red Devils sign former Leigh Centurion Matt Sarsfield

Salford Red Devils have signed second-rower Matt Sarsfield, club owner Marwan Koukash has revealed.
Sarsfield was available after being released by Leigh Centurions earlier this week after an injury-plagued season saw him restricted to four first team appearances in 2015.
He scored three tries in those four outings and Koukash said on Twitter: "Another hard working player @mattsarsfield have signed for us."
The 24-year-old signed a two-year contract with Leigh in June 2014 after previous stints with Wigan Warriors and Huddersfield Giants earlier in his career.
Sarsfield moves in the opposite direction to former England half-back Rangi Chase who joined Leigh on a two-year deal last month.
Chase, 29, had been released by Salford in October having served a suspension after allegedly failing to report for training on time and going on sick leave.
