Prop forward faces extended spell on sidelines with broken finger

Bradford prop forward Craig Kopczak is expected to be out for between six and eight weeks with a badly broken finger. The Wales international suffered the injury in the Bulls' 23-10 Stobart Super League defeat by Warrington on Saturday. He needs an operation to pin the finger and faces an extended spell on the sidelines, adding to the Bulls' lengthening injury list. Bradford football manager Stuart Duffy said: "Craig has been in fine form this season and to lose him for such a long period is very disappointing for both Craig and the club." Fellow forwards Olivier Elima, Ian Sibbit, James Donaldson and Chev Walker, as well as scrum-half Luke Gale, are also on the club's injury list just five weeks into the season.
